Geri Doyle, Broker & Co-owner, E-PRO, CRS has been in Real Estate for 11 years.  Six years ago my team partner Caren DeVoe-Clevenger and I opened an Iowa Realty Franchise and have been very successful, meanwhile building our agent base from two to eleven! Our office specializes in internet marketing, which builds our ability to work on relocations, foreclosures, residential, land and acreages and new home sales. Our whole office works as a team and enjoys working together to “turn neighbors into friends”.

My husband Jeff and I have two daughters and two dogs. We also own an ice cream shop Cardinal Corner here in town and love being involved in the community. I enjoy being outdoors, bike riding, spending time with family and traveling.

I have been actively involved on many local boards, including past president of the Newton Chamber of Commerce, on the boards of TLC (Tender Loving Children), McCann Village, Newton Development and vice Chairman of Progress Industries, a local non-profit organization. Our office gives a portion of every sale to Progress Industries. We enjoy giving back to the community who has given us so much!
 
Caren DeVoe-Clevenger, Broker & Co-owner, SFR was an Army nurse for 14 years in the mental health and trauma unit. She was a registered nurse for Hospice and Homecare with Skiff Medical Center prior to entering real estate. She is a licensed Broker and member of the Newton Board of Realtors, having help offices of Secretary, Vice President and President and is a current member of The Iowa Association of Realtors. She is active in the communities of Newton and Colfax and is on the Advisory Board for the Salvation Army.
 
Mostly Caren loves spending time with her family in the town of Colfax where she was born and raised.
